ManagerSOS is a drive wheel for a mechanism which contains more than 300 people from 22 different nations. We – the leaders of the mobile operation teams – coordinate and accompany our teams from our central offices in Frankfurt, Doha and HongKong. Our teams will be set up for every client individually, depending on the needs of the special case. The network we use consists to two third of investigators who are trained by military or in special forces and as another third of entrepreneurs, security consultants, IT specialists, journalists and lawyers from Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Who are your investigators?
Of course we can not give you detailed information about our investigators, for both your protection and our protection. But this much may be said: Without exception, every one of our employees has completed a military or an official training in the course of his life and regularly trains in specially designed training camps. Each investigator has special combat experience, is skilled in handling weapons, and has many years of high-risk security experience. Of course, in the case of a job, our clients will personally meet the lead investigator, but the investigators used will remain anonymous. Conversely, of course, the same applies: Apart from the head of operations, the investigators themselves do not know more about the client as is necessary to be able to easily carry out the mission.
When does ManagerSOS intervene?
First and foremost, ManagerSOS is the central control center for operative action teams to quickly counter threats. This means that our investigators can act on request in acute crisis situations, ie analyse an urgent issue that the client has in terms of security aspects and eliminate it as quickly as possible and as discreetly as possible. The range of potential problems is broad, often involving blackmail, threats, espionage, sabotage, corruption, abduction or fraud – to name but a few. But we do not only handle concrete and accute problem cases. The second task of the detective agency ManagerSOS is to preventively and retrospectively protect private persons and companies against dangers. This is done mainly in the context of general private and business investigations, ie in the context of personal or company reviews or general information purchases. In addition, our network of experts offers comprehensive security consultancy for everyone, primarily in the areas of risk management, fraud management, compliance management and due diligence, but also individual consultations. In short: an intervention of the ManagerSOS takes place when the professional or private integrity of a person or a company is threatened or those concerned want to avert danger as a precaution or subsequently.

How do your operations proceed?
First, the clients call us via our hotline or in urgent cases on the numbers of operational readiness. You are either connected to a central office or directly to a senior investigator. In any case, a free and non-binding initial consultation will be carried out with you – anonymously. In the next step, a meeting takes place between the responsible task leader and the client, where the concrete problem is analysed in detail and the further procedure is discussed. Important here is: This and similar sensitive information is exchanged without exception in face-to-face conversations between the client and the head of operations. Apart from the client, only the responsible investigator has full knowledge of the facts and the state of the investigation. All other persons involved in the order only receive as much information as necessary to complete the order successfully. If these discussions are concluded by mutual agreement, the order will be taken up immediately and executed as described under continuous reporting to the client. Once the job is completed, there will be a final meeting where the client receives a written report on the course and the outcome of the investigation.
Where is your area of activity?
In short: Wherever you need us. Thanks to our excellent network, we are able to mobilize teams of investigators who work for you all over the world. Nevertheless, we have put emphasis on operations across Europe, Middle East and Asia. In addition, we have special investigators who are able to carry out operations in areas of catastrophes, crisis and war. All of the operations will be controlled and managed from our centres in Frankfurt am Main, Doha and Hongkong.
What about the costs for your assignment?
There is no standard response to that. Depending on the effort involved, we charge a daily rate for our assignments, which is arranged in advance with the client. The total order amount is therefore calculated from the total number of days that we work for the client. All charges and calculations are included in this rate, so there are no additional charges.
How long does it take for you to start with an operation?
When exactly ManagerSOS can start their operations depends on the particular case. Where exactly is the operation based? How many people need to be mobilised for this? What function do they each have? All these are factors that determine the time until we can start with our operations. Nevertheless, we have set ourselves a clear and strict limit: a maximum of 72 hours after receipt of the order confirmation, our investigators are ready to get to work.
